More than 150 women entrepreneurs from Embu and Kirinyaga counties graduated from a Financial Literacy Programme facilitated through Fanikisha,Equity’s women’s empowerment solution, marking another milestone in the Bank’s commitment to advancing women-led enterprises.

The training equipped participants with practical skills in financial management, business planning, investment and enterprise growth, helping them build sustainable businesses.

Speaking during the empowerment forum and graduation ceremony,Kirinyaga University Vice Chancellor, Prof. Mary Ndung’u,lauded Equity Bank for creating meaningful impact through programmes that go beyond banking to transform lives and communities.
