- The Nairobi Hospital appoints Felix Osano as the New CEO;
The Nairobi Hospital has appointed Mr. Felix Osano as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Mr. Osano has been serving as Acting CEO since November 2024 and also held the position of Director of Supply Chain
“The Board of Management of The Nairobi Hospital is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Felix Osano as the Chief Executive Officer,” read part of the statement.
He has over 17 years of professional experience spanning global private equity investments in healthcare across Africa and Asia, as well as leadership roles in FMCG and other healthcare organizations.
An accomplished professional, Mr. Osano is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Strategic Management at USIU-Africa.
He holds an MBA in Global Business Management from the same institution, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Daystar University, and an Executive Leadership Programme certificate in Supply Chain Transformation from Strathmore University.
He is a Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS-UK) professional, a Certified International Procurement Professional (CIPP), a Certified Six Sigma practitioner, and a member in good standing of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM).
Mr. Osano succeeds Mr. James Nyamongo, who served as CEO up to December 2024.
The Board expressed confidence in his leadership stating that, “We are confident that Mr. Osano’s strategic vision, industry expertise, and commitment to operational excellence will steer The Nairobi Hospital into its next chapter of innovation and patient-centered care.”
