Kenya Airways has announced a partnership with Zenz Technologies for an integrated airline revenue management decision support system with capabilities for commercial planning, revenue budgeting, and forecasting.
Zenz Technologies is a Dutch company specialising in developing tailor-made decision support systems for revenue management departments in airlines that help them to make better decisions.
” We are confident that this is the start of a long-term partnership that will support Kenya Airways’ purpose of contributing to the sustainable development of Africa,” said Ward Kuipers, Zenz Technologies Founding Partner & Commercial Director.
Zenz Technologies will be responsible for implementing a revenue management system for Kenya Airways as the airline maintains optimum operations owing to the opening up of markets post-pandemic.
As a result, improved revenue management systems will assist in decision-making.
“This partnership is in line with Kenya Airways’ ambition to trail blaze innovation and customer-focused solutions. It is through this collaboration that the different stakeholders will have one source of information that will help track historical performance, forecast future demand, and set targets, “said Julius Thairu, Chief Commercial and Customer Officer, Kenya Airways.
