- Britam claims top Insurance Brand, third Strongest Overall
Britam has retained its position as the third strongest brand in Kenya with a Brand Strength Index (BSI) score of 91.4 percent and an impressive AAA+ rating, according to the latest Brand Finance Kenya 2025 Report.
The report highlights Britam’s exceptional performance across key consumer perception metrics such as trust, loyalty, reliability, brand consideration, and reputation, affirming the Group’s reputation as a trusted, accessible, and high-quality financial services provider.
Britam was also ranked as Kenya’s most valuable insurance brand, a testament to its enduring brand equity, financial performance, and market share leadership in a highly competitive financial services sector.
“As we celebrate 60 years of safeguarding our customers’ dreams and aspirations, this recognition affirms our continued commitment to a customer-centric strategy and our vision to provide inclusive financial solutions not just in Kenya, but across our African footprint,” Britam said.
