- Strengthening Transparency and Systems at ACA Through e-GP Training
The Anti-Counterfeit Authority – Kenya (ACA-Kenya) is strengthening its institutional systems through a specialized training programme on the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system, aimed at enhancing transparency, accountability, and efficiency in public procurement.

The training brings together officers from various departments who are undergoing hands-on instruction on key e-GP modules that support end-to-end electronic procurement processes, including requisitioning, tender submission and evaluation, contract management, and invoice processing.
The programme is aligned with national public procurement reforms and supports the digitization of government services.
The Executive Director Robi M. King’a joined officers undergoing the training, reaffirming the Authority’s commitment to strengthening internal systems and governance structures.

The engagement highlighted the role of the e-GP system in standardizing procurement processes, reducing manual interventions, and strengthening accountability across the procurement cycle.

The training forms part of the implementation of the Authority’s Strategic Plan, which prioritizes institutional strengthening, good governance, and efficient utilization of public resources.
By investing in modern procurement systems and staff capacity building, the Authority continues to enhance service delivery and public confidence.
