Absa Group, a leading financial institution in Africa, has been named the lead sponsor of the 2025 East Africa Property Investment (EAPI) Summit set to take place between 7-8 May 2025 in Nairobi.
The event will convene key sector players across the region to explore topics like sustainable financing, affordable housing and urban housing in a rapidly evolving real estate market.
During the conference, Absa Group will lead key conversations and discussions on innovative financing, regional financing strategies, the impact of interest rates in funding real estate developments and the role of financial institutions in shaping the future of Africa’s real estate sector.
