- IFC Launches Initiatives to Address Gender-Based Violence and Harassment in Workplaces
IFC has unveiled two key initiatives, the Gender-Based Violence Center of Expertise and the Respect@Work Program,to address gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) in workplaces around the globe.

Ms. Grace Kaome from the Federation of Kenya Employers.
The distinguished guests were photographed during the launch of the International
Finance Corporation (IFC) Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Hub, launch hosted at
Radisson Blu, Upper Hill, Nairobi. The Hub is designed to strengthen regional
collaboration in addressing GBV, offering a platform for research, knowledge
exchange, and partnership with public and private sector stakeholders. It also seeks
to drive systemic change by promoting safer, more inclusive workplaces and
communities across Africa.
