- LOOP DFS Achieves ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Certification for IT Service Management
Certification covers LOOP DFS Limited and LOOP DFS Ghana Limited,following independent audits by BSI with zero non-conformities recorded
LOOP DFS Limited and LOOP DFS Ghana Limited have been awarded ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Certification, the internationally recognized standard for IT Service Management (ITSM), following a rigorous independent audit process carried out by the British Standards Institution(BSI).
The certification affirms that LOOP’s IT service management practices meet global standards for planning, delivering, monitoring and continually improving technology services, and covers governance and leadership, incident, problem, change and request management,availability and continuity, capacity,supplier management,and continual improvement.

Achieving ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certification further strengthens the confidence of customers, regulators, banking partners and mobile network operators by demonstrating that LOOP technology services are delivered through a robust,
resilient and continuously improving service management framework.
The certification also covers LOOP DFS Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offering,extending the assurance of the certification beyond direct customers to its entire partner ecosystem.
Through PaaS, LOOP provides the core digital financial infrastructure, including payments rails, KYC, ledger and compliance tooling, that banks, telcos and other partners build on to launch and scale their own digital financial products,without having to build that infrastructure themselves.
The certification, therefore, means every partner building on LOOP infrastructure inherits the same audited standard of reliability, security and continual improvement.

The certification followed an independent assessment conducted by the British Standards Institution (BSI), during which LOOP DFS successfully completed both Stage 1 and Stage 2 certification audits, achieving zero major and zero minor nonconformities.
The certification underscores LOOP DFS’s long-term commitment to strengthening governance, enhancing service quality and adopting the best global practices that support innovation and sustainable growth across its operations.
