I&M Group has announced the appointment of Dorine Nalo as Head of the I&M Foundation,bringing nearly two decades of leadership experience in social impact, programme management, and digital transformation to the role.
Nalo’s appointment signals a deliberate push by the Foundation to deepen its community investment programmes and sharpen the impact of I&M Group’s broader commitment to inclusive growth and sustainable development across its markets.
In her new role,Nalo will provide strategic leadership for the Foundation’s programmes, partnerships, and impact agenda driving priority initiatives,strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that the Foundation’s investments deliver measurable,sustainable outcomes for the communities it serves.
