- APA Apollo group wins ISO 9001:2015 certification
APA Apollo Group has been awarded the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certification, which demonstrates it’s dedication to delivering enhanced services.
The award issued by Bureau Veritas mark a significant milestone in [its] commitment to providing innovative, relevant, expert, and professional insurance, and investment solutions.
The certification, a first for APA Apollo Group, covers the entire Group, including APA Insurance, APA Life Assurance, Apollo Asset Management, APA Uganda, Gordon Court Limited, and all branch offices.
[It] demonstrates the Group’s proactive approach to standardising its operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
Ashok Shah, Group CEO, APA Apollo Group said that the certificate is a testament for their commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
